Our Partners

VOOM Open-Heart Medical Missions are made possible through the generous support of our contributors. Since our first open-heart medical mission trip in 2013, the VOOM Foundation has formulated partnerships with five hospital programs in Nigeria, to provide education and training to the local hospital staff with an ultimate goal of a sustainable open-heart program.

Our donors invest in our work and support our ability to deliver services to the poor and vulnerable. Nigeria ranks 163 out of 190 countries in healthcare, and with almost fifty percent of the country living in poverty, open-heart surgery is unaffordable to almost half the country. The goal of VOOM is to perform up to 200 open-heart cases a year, if adequate funding and support are available.
